THE POSITION
As a Project Manager at Tenstar, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of various software projects. Your tasks will include:
- Collaborating with Product Management and other stakeholders to define, prioritize and set timelines for projects
- Collaborating with Department Managers and other Project Managers to optimize project resource allocation
- Producing accurate Milestone and Task Definitions for your assigned projects, ensuring that Programmers, Artists, Designers and QA know what needs to be done
- Managing your teams’ day to day work, tracking performance and dealing with any issues that arise
- Keeping stakeholders in the loop by writing accurate Weekly Reports and keeping shared documentation current
THE CANDIDATE
We think that you’re an experienced Project Manager with a passion for empowering other people to do their best work. You understand the value of simulators as learning tools, and even if you’ve never worked on them before, you are excited by the opportunity. We’d expect you to be the kind of person who strives to deliver excellent results while also contributing to an enjoyable working environment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Several years of experience working in Simulation or Games software in a relevant capacity
- Wide range of skills relevant to project management. You’re just as comfortable with making Gantt charts as you are with creating task backlogs in Jira
- Team Leadership or Management experience
- Permitted to work in Sweden (we don’t offer visa sponsorship)
