THE POSITION
As UX Designer at Tenstar, you’ll be working closely with other designers and programmers to identify and deliver improvements to our simulators and related products. Your focus will be on delivering a high degree of accessibility and ensuring the educational qualities of the experience. Your tasks will include:
- Identifying problem areas and improvement opportunities both by evaluating them yourself and by analyzing feedback from other team members and users
- Assisting in the creation of intuitive and pedagogical solutions.
- Assisting in the creation of product-adjacent documentation, like instruction manuals
- Documenting and communicating problem statements, designs and other deliverables to a wide range of subject matter experts in other fields
THE CANDIDATE
We think that you’re an experienced UX designer with a passion for both learning and teaching. You understand the value of simulators as learning tools, and even if you’ve never worked on them before, you are excited by the opportunity. We’d expect you to be the kind of person who strives to deliver excellent results while also contributing to an enjoyable working environment.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Several years of experience working with UX in web and/or desktop applications
- Experience with relevant software such as Figma
- Excellent working knowledge of English
- Permitted to work in Sweden (we don’t offer visa sponsorship)
