We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Sales Coach to join us. In this role, you will help develop and coach our salespeople, ensuring they achieve their targets and grow professionally. If you’re ready to grow with us, apply today and join our innovative team!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support, coach and train our sales force.
- Develop and ensure motivation, joy, and team spirit.
- Communicate regularly with the operations team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in coaching sales teams.
- Speak fluent English.
- Proven track record of field sales.
YOUR PERSONALITY:
- You truly love people.
- Take pride in developing and coaching others.
- Enjoy traveling and work closely with local sales.
IT IS DESIRABLE IF YOU
- Speak a second language, like Scandinavian, German or French
- Understand ROI argumentation and public procurement
- Think it is obvious to surpass customers expectation
